About an hour away from Ostrava ; in the direction of the south (if I remember correctly) is a village that goes by the name of Rožnov - where visitors will find a preserved wooden village (Living Museum) where the tradition are kept and local people in authentic outfits will be performing traditional dancing, and are selling their products or crafts in a very warm and pleasant manner.
When you're there don't forget to drink a glass of hot medovina!
